At Organic Ministry, our apprentices play a crucial role in shaping our team and embodying our salon culture. Collaborating closely with senior stylists, they engage in consistent training sessions, both within the salon and externally. As a result, our apprentices deliver top-tier service and demonstrate incredible skill levels at an early stage in their careers.

Allow us to introduce you to Kyah, our apprentice who is lighting up the salon with her creativity and enthusiasm. From the moment Kyah stepped foot into Organic Ministry, it was evident that her love for natural beauty and commitment to excellence were unparalleled. With a flair for creativity and an unwavering dedication to her craft, she embodies the essence of our salon and the values we hold dear.

What product do you love at the moment, Kyah?

"I'm absolutely obsessed with Dry Queen by O&M. It's a game-changer for me – a volumising dry shampoo that keeps my hair feeling fresh and lifted from wash day to wash day. I love how it adds volume without making my hair feel oily or weighed down. It's my go-to for that perfect, effortless look."

What area is bringing you the most joy in the salon?

"Right now, I'm finding so much joy in working with colour. Whether it's creating stunning looks for clients or immersing myself in salon training sessions, I'm constantly learning and growing in this area. There's something incredibly rewarding about mastering new techniques and seeing the transformative power of colour firsthand."

What are your current goals in the salon?

"My main goals are to become proficient in blow-dries and regrowth treatments, as well as to improve my speed and precision with foiling. I'm eager to perfect my techniques and provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring that each visit is a memorable and enjoyable experience."
