Cancellation Policy.

At Organic Ministry we understand that things come up last minute and by making your appointments in advance, not all future events can be predicted. We do however send SMS reminders 2-3 days prior to your appointment. This allows sufficient time for you to inform us of a cancellation or need to reschedule an appointment. 

If a minimum of 24hrs notice is not given when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment there will be a 50% fee added to your next appointment. To cover expenses this 50% fee will be required either before your next appointment or on the day of your rescheduled appointment.

We’re aware that unfortunately things come up unexpectedly but please understand in return that our waiting list is rapidly growing and another keen client could have taken your appointment.
