Chloe has hit the ground running since joining our team as an apprentice. She is known for providing amazinggg service to our clients, creating perfect blowdries, to die for head massages and not to mention is our braiding queen! Keep reading to get to know Chloe a bit better.

How long have you been in the industry?

I started my hairdressing journey with Organic Ministry in May 2023. Right now, I'm also doing my training externally at training salon in the city.

What do you love most about your job?

Oh, I absolutely love meeting new people and making them happy with their hair! Seeing clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful is such a great feeling. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is super important to me. I want everyone to feel comfortable and happy when they walk through the salon door!

I also really enjoy challenging myself creatively. Stepping out of my comfort zone pushes me to try new things and discover cool stuff!

Any specific goals or things you're focusing on right now?

Right now, I'm perfecting my blow dry skills. Nailing this technique is a game-changer for delivering awesome hairstyles to clients. I just love doing beautiful up styles too.

Got any favourite colour or style you've created?

Oh, yes! There was this one time when I did a wash, blow-dry, and curl using a hair straightener. The end result was stunning, and I was super proud of it!

Tell us something not everyone knows about you.

Well, here's a fun secret: I love singing at my church's youth group. 

What's your favourite thing to do outside of the salon?

When I'm not at work, you'll probably find me hanging out with my friends and family. Those moments are precious to me, and they help me chill and recharge.

Any go-to products you recommend to clients?

I'm totally hooked on the Organic Ministry Confused Toning Mist. It's a personal fave for me too! This mist feels so refreshing, and it's great for reducing redness on the face.

And what's your favourite product for yourself right now?

Oh, gotta love the Organic Ministry Eternal Blemish Remover! That stuff is a lifesaver for keeping acne at bay. Definitely a must-have for my skincare routine.

What's in your OM coffee cup these days?

Haha, well, I'm not a huge coffee person, so my OM Mug usually holds a yummy chai latte with full cream milk. That's my little treat!

Oh, I just adore the vibe at Organic Ministry. It's like a second home to me! I love that I can be myself here, and everyone is so supportive. It's like a big family, and it makes work so much fun!
